How can City Corps help our
community?
Ventura
City Corps supports our community by staffing festivals, establishing
community food gardens, litter and graffiti abatement, providing a fun
and safe place for teens to meet, helping protect our environment.
All projects are geared to instilling leadership qualities in our youth while making an impact in our community.
What has City Corps done so

Saticoy graffiti removal
Beach cleanups
Grant Park Restoration
Planted shrubs to protect the Santa Clara River from pesticide runoff (Friends of the Santa Clara River)
Hosted a Money Smart Class for Ventura Residents (Bell Arts Factory)
Established a community garden from which we donate food
Lake Casitas Litter Removal
Painted fences are the Ventura Pier
Carpenteria Salt Marsh Restoration
2009 Westside Cleanup (Westside Community Development Corporation)
